A N N O U N C E M E N T

Over the past several months representatives of our manufacturing, procurement, customer service
and accounting groups have been researching and developing a comprehensive freight and
logistics program. This team has been involved in program development, vendor selection, site
level visits and proposal review requiring considerable effort in addition to their ongoing work
assignments.
As result I am pleased to announce that we have chosen Advantex Express as our service provider
for import/export marine and air shipments and inland trucking services for all FMG locations in
North America. Advantex Express has been an active participant in export freight forwarding for our
Canadian operations, and our international customer service group for several years.
The new freight program will focus on several areas of the freight process that promise to provide
considerable savings to FMG. By coordinating the purchase requirements of all North American
FMG facilities into designated consolidation points in Asia we will achieve considerable savings
while reducing delivery times through streamlined routing structures. In addition, the development
of a group wide domestic trucking program has the opportunity to maximize our savings
opportunities through a group rate structure.
Roll-out of this program will begin at the site level during the week of April 21st. Sites will be
advised of their scheduled roll-out timeline via email in the very near future. Our goal is to complete
the roll-out of all North American facilities by August 31, 2008. Expansion of this program will be
addressed with our international locations during FY09.
